手机赌博会坐牢，具体量刑如下：
1、如果是聚众赌博或者以赌博为业的，那么处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金；
2、如果是开设赌场的，那么处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金；如果情节严重的，那么处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
赌博罪的构成要件如下：
1、侵犯的客体是社会主义的社会风尚；
2、在客观方面表现为聚众赌博或者以赌博为业的行为；
3、主体为一般主体，凡达到法定刑事责任年龄且具备刑事责任能力的自然人均能构成；
4、在主观方面表现为故意，并且以营利为目的。
