房屋居住权不可以转让。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第三百六十九条 居住权不得转让、继承。设立居住权的住宅不得出租,但是当事人另有约定的除外。房屋永久居住权是一种使用权,拥有所有权的房子才可以进行买卖,所有权指的是占有、使用、收益和处分的权利。所以,房屋永久居住权不能买卖。
