释义	法律分析：商铺如果不装修是无法经营的，如果租赁的商铺本身并不是毛坯房，或者经出租人同意装修的，房东要求恢复毛坯房状态显然是不合理，也不合法的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百二十八条出租人未通知承租人或者有其他妨害承租人行使优先购买权情形的，承租人可以请求出租人承担赔偿责任。但是，出租人与第三人订立的房屋买卖合同的效力不受影响。
