释义	法律分析：如果私人间土地买卖是为了牟利，则不合法。土地属于国家或集体所有，国家严禁以任何形式转让土地，但转让土地使用权是合法的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百二十八条以牟利为目的，违反土地管理法规，非法转让、倒卖土地使用权，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处非法转让、倒卖土地使用权价额百分之五以上百分之二十以下罚金；情节特别严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处非法转让、倒卖土地使用权价额百分之五以上百分之二十以下罚金。
