释义	法律分析：借条的有效期诉讼时效是三年，有效期的起算时间是债务人约定偿还债务之日起或者是债权人主动主张债务人偿还债务之日起，三年之内有权向人民法院起诉，要求债务人偿还债务。还款期限届满后三年是诉讼时效期，如果这三年内没有进行主张，就失效了，人民法院不予保护。法律依据：《民法典》第六百七十五条规定，借款人应当按照约定的期限返还借款。对借款期限没有约定或者约定不明确，依据本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，借款人可以随时返还；贷款人可以催告借款人在合理期限内返还。
