释义	我国法律规定，期间，工资照发。产假的规定为：女职工单胎顺产者，给予产假98天，其中产前休息15天，产后休息83天。难产者，增加产假15天；多胞胎者，每多生育一个婴儿，增加产假15天。现行的国家产假规定是2012年国务院常务会议通过的《女职工劳动保护特别规定（草案）》。草案调整了女职工禁忌从事的劳动范围，将女职工生育享受的产假由90天延长至98天，并规范了产假待遇。法律依据：《女职工劳动保护条例》第四条规定，不得在女职工怀孕期、产期、哺乳期降低其基本工资。
