院士的退休规定

法律分析：考虑到当前我国两院院士中年龄75岁以上院士所占比例较大，凡是达到新政策规定退休年龄的院士可在2017年12月31日之前办理退休手续。其中参与国家重大项目的70岁以上院士可经有关部门批准，将退休年龄延长到75岁。
法律依据：《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》改革院士遴选和管理体制，优化学科布局，提高中青年人才比例，实行院士退休和退出制度。
