释义	黑白合同就是阴阳合同。一般来说，订立黑白合同的目的主要是为了偷逃税费。但是，房地产买卖合同中规避国家税收的价格条款无效。该无效部分不影响其他部分效力的，其他部分仍然有效。当事人以逃避税收为由请求确认合同全部无效的，不予支持。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。该内容由王婧律师和点行律询共创回答
