释义	法律分析：网络遗嘱没有法律效力。我国法律规定且承认的遗嘱形式有自书遗嘱、代书遗嘱、打印遗嘱、录音录像形式的遗嘱和公证遗嘱，其他形式的遗嘱并不被法律承认，因此网络遗嘱只能作为一种情感表达渠道，并不具备法律效力，因而无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十四条自书遗嘱由遗嘱人亲笔书写，签名，注明年、月、日。第一千一百三十五条代书遗嘱应当有两个以上见证人在场见证，由其中一人代书，并由遗嘱人、代书人和其他见证人签名，注明年、月、日。
