释义	我国的民法典规定，一般情况下，合同签订完毕后不可以违约。一方发现另一方违约后，可以要求另一方继续履行合同规定的义务。不管违约方愿不愿意，只要存在继续履行义务的可能性，那么守约方就可以要求违约方继续履行原合同约定的义务。除此之外，违约方还需要支付一定数额的违约金。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十六条规定，因当事人一方的违约行为，损害对方人身权益、财产权益的，受损害方有权选择请求其承担违约责任或者侵权责任。
