合同被骗签字有效吗
释义
骗签，可能涉及合同欺诈。如果当事人是因为受到欺诈被骗在合同上签字，且合同损害国家利益的，或者合同损害社会公共利益的，合同无效。如果被骗签字的行为不满足合同无效的情形，但是满足合同可撤销的情形，也可以向法院申请撤销合同。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百四十八条 一方以欺诈手段，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受欺诈方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
