释义	法律分析：根据现行的政策规定，身份证与档案年龄不符，以档案年龄为准。《关于制止和纠正国家规定办理企业职工提前退休有关问题的通知》（劳社部发〔1999〕8号）规定：对职工出生时间的认定，实行居民身份证与职工档案相结合的办法。当本人身份证与档案记载的出生时间不一致时，以本人档案最先记载的出生时间为准。要加强对居民身份证和职工档案的管理，严禁随意更改职工出生时间和编造档案。法律依据：《中华人民共和国居民身份证法》第三条、第十一条《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百八十条
