当事人是个人的，应写明姓名全称、性别、住址、出生年月日、工作单位及职业、联系方式、身份证号码等内容。当事人是单位的，应写明单位全称、注册地址、办公地址、法定代表人姓名、职务、联系方式等。详细写明当事人的情况，关系到区分合同的当事人是谁以及在发生诉讼时判断对方是不是与你签订合同的一方，谁有资格参与到诉讼或纠纷当中。当事人的地址也要写准确，这关系到发生诉讼时哪个法院具有案件的管辖权问题。合同中的具体经办人、授权代表或项目经理的问题合同在履行过程中，基本是由具体经办人、授权代表或项目经理来实际办理的，因此，在合同履行过程中，经办人要签署许多文件。但是，一旦发生纠纷或经办人离开对方单位，而对方单位又拒绝对经办人签署的文件予以认可，那么这些文件的效力将发生争议。该经办人在履行本合同过程中，有权代表本公司签署文件，该签署具有法律效力。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第四百六十九条 当事人订立合同，可以采用书面形式、口头形式或者其他形式。书面形式是合同书、信件、电报、电传、传真等可以有形地表现所载内容的形式。以电子数据交换、电子邮件等方式能够有形地表现所载内容，并可以随时调取查用的数据电文，视为书面形式。
