释义	法律分析：第一种情况:当事人约定检验期间的:在检验期间买方怠于通知的，视为货物的数量或者质量符合约定。第二种情况:当事人没有约定检验期间的:买方在合理期间内未通知或者自收到货物之日起两年内未通知卖方的，视为货物的数量或者质量符合约定。第三种情况:如果卖方知道或者应当知道提供的货物不符合约定的，买方不受前述规定的通知时间限制。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百二十条买受人收到标的物时应当在约定的检验期限内检验。没有约定检验期限的，应当及时检验。
