释义	用人单位使用劳务人员要遵循哪些规定劳务型公司向用人单位输出劳务人员，应与用人单位签订劳务协议。协议应明确：劳务期限，劳务收入(包括劳务人员的工资、社会保险费用、管理费用等)，医疗费用及其它福利费用，还要明确承担工伤事故的处理及双方的管理责任等。特别需要指出的是，劳务型公司应当与被输送的劳务工签订劳动合同，建立劳动关系，明确双方的权利义务，并按规定缴纳社会保险费，承担国家规定的应由用人单位承担的其它义务。
