释义	法律分析：假合同是指签订合同的当事人一方或双方出于某种非法的目的，故意签订无法履行或根本不准备履行的合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百一十九条依法成立的合同，对当事人具有法律约束力。第一百四十七条基于重大误解实施的民事法律行为，行为人有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。第二百一十五条当事人之间订立有关设立、变更、转让和消灭不动产物权的合同，除法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定外，自合同成立时生效；未办理物权登记的，不影响合同效力。
