试用期内辞退员工应提前几天的问题,我国的法律并没有明确的规定,但是参照劳动者试用期内提前三日通知用人单位可以解除劳动合同的规定,用人单位至少也要提前三日通知劳动者。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。
