释义	法律分析：学生休学不用交学费，学校保留学籍。休学是指学生因故不能继续学习，经学校同意，保留学籍，暂停学习。法律依据：《普通高等学校学生管理规定》第二十三条学生申请休学或者学校认为应当休学者，由学校批准，可以休学。休学次数和期限由学校规定。第二十五条休学学生应当办理休学手续离校，学校保留其学籍。学生休学期间，不享受在校学习学生待遇。休学学生患病，其医疗费按学校规定处理。第二十六条学生休学期满，应当于学期开学前向学校提出复学申请，经学校复查合格，方可复学。
