释义	法律分析：注册公司原则上必须经营，长时间不经营可以依法吊销，但是实践中很少吊销。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司登记管理条例》第六十七条公司的发起人、股东在公司成立后，抽逃出资的，由公司登记机关责令改正，处以所抽逃出资金额5%以上15%以下的罚款。第六十八条公司成立后无正当理由超过6个月未开业的，或者开业后自行停业连续6个月以上的，可以由公司登记机关吊销营业执照。
