问题	国外结婚国内又结婚构成重婚吗
释义	当事人在国外结婚，但是在国内又和其他人登记结婚的构成重婚。法律规定，在一夫一妻制下，有配偶的人又与他人结婚，或明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的行为是重婚。所以当事人只要是在有配偶的状态下，有发生与他人另行登记结婚的行为，那么当事人依法构成重婚。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十二条禁止包办、买卖婚姻和其他干涉婚姻自由的行为。禁止借婚姻索取财物。禁止重婚。禁止有配偶者与他人同居。禁止家庭暴力。禁止家庭成员间的虐待和遗弃。
