释义	只要构成犯罪,就会坐牢。但是,女性涉嫌犯罪的,在怀孕期间不得收押。可以采取其他强制措施：取保候审、监视居住等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百五十四条对于判处有期徒刑、拘役的罪犯，若是怀孕或者正在哺乳自己婴儿的妇女，可以暂予监外执行。这里就是我们平时所说的，不需要坐牢。但是需要注意的是，如果怀孕的妇女和哺乳期情形结束之后，而刑期没有满的时候，这种情形还需要继续执行。该内容由陈亚楠律师和点行律询共创回答
