释义	法律分析：可以报警。行为人通过发送骚扰信息，扰乱了他人正常生活，影响到他人的休息、工作或者学习。本行为必须是多次实施，即重复实施三次以上的，才应予处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安处罚法》第四十二条多次发送淫秽、侮辱、恐吓或者其他信息，干扰他人正常生活的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款;情节较重的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，可以并处五百元以下罚款。
