聘用合同有无固定期限限制么 |

聘用合同签订无固定期限劳动合同是没有限制的。只要是符合签订无固定期限劳动合同的情形都可以签订。劳动者签订劳动合同双方需要协商一致，并且没有隐瞒、欺诈等情形。
一、无固定期限劳动合同如何辞职
无固定期限内是可以离职的，需要劳动者提前三十天内向用人单位说明情况，递交离职申请，双方协商达成一致方可离职。
二、用人单位解除劳动合同法定情形
1、劳动者有过错的，用人单位可以解除劳动合同的几种情形：
（1）劳动者在试用期内被证明不符合录用条件的。
（2）劳动者严重违反劳动纪律或用人单位规章制度的。用人单位制定的规章制度不得与国家的法律、法规相抵触。
（3）劳动者严重失职，给用人单位造成重大损害的。
（4）被依法追究刑事责任的。
劳动者有上述情形之一的，用人单位有权随时解除劳动合同，无需给予劳动者经济补偿。
2、劳动者没有过错，用人单位可以解除劳动合同的几种情形：
（1）劳动者患病或者非因工负伤，医疗期满后，不能从事原工作，也不能从事由用人单位另行安排的工作的。这里所说的患病，是职业病以外的其他病症。
（2）劳动者不能胜任工作，经过培训或调整工作岗位，仍不能胜任工作的。
（3）劳动合同订立时所依据的客观情况发生重大变化，致使原劳动合同无法履行，经当事人协商后不能就变更劳动合同达成协议的。
