工商吊销多长时间自动注销？

工商一般只会吊销，没有法院的判决书之类的文件是不会强制注销的，单位要注销需要有企业自己去申请注销，吊销的企业想自动注销要等很长时间，十年都可能，建议早点办理注销。
【法律依据】：
《个体工商户条例》 第二十四条 在个体工商户营业执照有效期内，有关行政机关依法吊销、撤销个体工商户的行政许可，或者行政许可有效期届满的，应当自吊销、撤销行政许可或者行政许可有效期届满之日起5个工作日内通知登记机关，由登记机关撤销注册登记或者吊销营业执照，或者责令当事人依法办理变更登记。
