释义	法律分析：债权人不可以默认放弃债权。债务关系的主体是债权人和债务人，债权人有追偿债权的权利，债务人有履行债务的义务。但是债权人不可以默认放弃债权，债权人放弃债权的，必须是以书面或者口头的形式放弃债权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百一十八条民事主体依法享有债权。债权是因合同、侵权行为、无因管理、不当得利以及法律的其他规定，权利人请求特定义务人为或者不为一定行为的权利。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百一十九条依法成立的合同，对当事人具有法律约束力。
