释义	法律分析：不算闯红灯。红灯时，机动车后轮越过了停车线，但没有继续向前通行是不算闯红灯的，但是算做越线停车。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第五十一条机动车通过有交通信号灯控制的交叉路口，遇停止信号时，依次停在停止线以外。没有停止线的，停在路口以外。《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者20元以上200元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
