一、交通违章警告几次才处罚
1、交通违章警告两次才处罚。对于驾驶人部分轻微违法行为经执勤民警指出后，若能及时改正，对其口头警告或予以书面警告处罚后可放行。对于书面警告，虽然不罚款不扣分，但会记录在案，若再犯同样错误又获得书面警告的，两次可累计处罚款和扣分。
2、法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十三条
对违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于机动车停放、临时停车规定的，可以指出违法行为，并予以口头警告、令其立即驶离。
机动车驾驶人不在现场或者虽在现场但拒绝立即驶离，妨碍其他车辆、行人通行的，处20元以上200元以下罚款，并可以将该机动车拖移至不妨碍交通的地点或者公安机关交通管理部门指定的地点停放。公安机关交通管理部门拖车不得向当事人收取费用，并应当及时告知当事人停放地点。
因采取不正确的方法拖车造成机动车损坏的，应当依法承担补偿责任。
第三条
道路交通安全工作，应当遵循依法管理、方便群众的原则，保障道路交通有序、安全、畅通。
二、如果违章停车被拍扣分吗
1、市区内停车，或者没有及时驶离这种违章停车情况只罚款200元不扣分；
2、高速公路上无故停车，或者在非紧急情况下在紧急车道上停车，将会扣6分，罚款 200 元；
3、违章停车属于违反禁令标志、警告标志、禁止标线、警告标线指示的，一般是扣2分。
