释义	辞工不让走，劳动者可以提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，在试用期的提前三天。若三十日的期限到，用人单位不批准的，劳动者可以自行离开，并要求一次性结清工资，用人单位不同意的，向劳动行政部门投诉。法律依据《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
