释义	女婿不是法定继承人。但如果丧偶女婿对岳父、岳母，尽了主要赡养义务的，可以作为第一顺序继承人。认定“尽了主要赡养义务”，一般可以从以下两个方面综合考虑：在经济上对岳父母生活提供了主要经济来源，或者在生活上对岳父母提供了主要劳务帮助。对岳父母尽赡养义务具有长期性、经常性。以上两个条件同时具备的，即可认定为尽了主要赡养义务。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百二十七条、第一千一百二十九条最高人民法院关于适用《中华人民共和国民法典》继承编的解释(一)第十九条
