释义	法律分析：根据法律的规定，有下列情形之一的，保证人不承担保证责任：(1)主合同当事人双方串通，骗取保证人提供保证的；(2)主合同债权人采取欺诈、胁迫等手段，使保证人在违背真实意思的情况下提供保证的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百九十三条有下列情形之一的，担保物权消灭： (一)主债权消灭; (二)担保物权实现; (三)债权人放弃担保物权; (四)法律规定担保物权消灭的其他情形。
