释义	军人的婚姻是受特殊保护的，军人婚姻受特殊保护包括两方面的内容，一是不得破坏军人的婚姻，二是军人配偶离婚受到一定的限制。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十一条现役军人的配偶要求离婚，应当征得军人同意，但是军人一方有重大过错的除外。《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十九条明知是现役军人的配偶而与之同居或者结婚的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。利用职权、从属关系，以胁迫手段奸淫现役军人的妻子的，依照本法第二百三十六条的规定定罪处罚。
