释义	法律分析：不需要了。判决书下来之后，只要在规定的期限内，原告和被告都没有上诉，判决书即生效，不需要再次开庭的。正常情况下，刑事案件都是定期宣判而不是当庭宣判。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百八十八条人民法院审判第一审案件应当公开进行。但是有关国家秘密或者个人隐私的案件，不公开审理；涉及商业秘密的案件，当事人申请不公开审理的，可以不公开审理。不公开审理的案件，应当当庭宣布不公开审理的理由。
