释义	家中被盗，业主不可以因此拒交物业费。物业公司依据双方签订的物业合同约定提供物业服务，除非物业服务合同里有明确的房屋保管、财产保管的约定，否则无法进行追责。法律依据《《物业管理条例》》第四十一条业主应当根据物业服务合同的约定交纳物业服务费用。业主与物业使用人约定由物业使用人交纳物业服务费用的，从其约定，业主负连带交纳责任。已竣工但尚未出售或者尚未交给物业买受人的物业，物业服务费用由建设单位交纳。
