释义	可以。有以下情况可以认定为夫妻一方的个人债务，无需共同承担：1、夫妻另一方能够证明债权人与债务人事先已经明确约定为个人债务的，此债务只能为夫妻一方的个人债务，与另一方无关。2、夫妻对婚姻关系存续期间所得的财产约定归各自所有的，夫妻一方对外所负的债务，第三人知道该约定的，以夫妻一方所有的财产清偿，与另一方无关。3、夫妻一方与第三人串通，虚构的债务；4、夫妻一方在从事赌博、吸毒等违法犯罪活动中所负债务。法律依据最高人民法院关于适用《中华人民共和国民法典》婚姻家庭编的解释(一)第三十四条
