释义	法律分析: 从我国《民法典》的规定中了解到，男女要确立夫妻关系，就必须要按照规定办理相应的登记手续，即我们说的结婚登记。之后在取得了结婚证之后，才能确立彼此之间的夫妻关系。如果仅仅是办了酒席，但并没有领证的话，在我国这样的情况不能算结婚。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十九条要求结婚的男女双方必须亲自到婚姻登记机关进行结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。取得结婚证，即确立夫妻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办结婚登记。
