释义	起诉离婚后又撤回的，只要符合《民事诉讼法》及其司法解释的相关规定的，可以再次起诉。《最高人民法院关于适用〈中华人民共和国民事诉讼法〉的解释》第二百一十四条规定，原告撤诉或者人民法院按撤诉处理后，原告以同一诉讼请求再次起诉的，人民法院应予受理。原告撤诉或者按撤诉处理的离婚案件，没有新情况、新理由，六个月内又起诉的，比照《民事诉讼法》第一百二十四条第七项的规定不予受理。法律依据《最高人民法院关于适用〈中华人民共和国民事诉讼法〉的解释》第二百一十四条
