释义	法律分析：不合法，根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》的规定，用人单位不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。工资按月发放。当月发放上月的工资是可以的，但是跨月就违法；如果公司拖欠工资，劳动者可以到劳动监察大队投诉，由劳动监察大队责令用人单位限期发放工资，逾期不支付的，还要加付赔偿金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
