释义	法律分析: 未成年工是指年满16周岁、未满18周岁的劳动者。未成年工作为用人单位劳动人事用工的一种，有其合理存在的意义。但是未成年工管理在很多方面与成年工存在较大区别，用人单位在管理中，一方面要认真安排和分配好工作内容，安排正常工作给未成年工，另一方面也要特别注意保护好未成年工的合法权益。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动法》第十五条禁止用人单位招用未满十六周岁的未成年人。文艺、体育和特种工艺单位招用未满十六周岁的未成年人，必须遵守国家有关规定，并保障其接受义务教育的权利。
