释义	法律分析：在共同盗窃犯罪中，各共犯人基于共同的故意，实施了共同的犯罪行为，应对共同盗窃行为所造成的危害后果负责。教唆犯是以罪犯在共同犯罪中的作用来确立的，所谓教唆犯就是教唆他人犯罪的人。帮助犯是指共同犯罪中没有直接参与犯罪的实行行为，而是向实行犯提供帮助，使其便于实施犯罪，或者促使其完成犯罪的人。法律依据《刑法》第29条教唆他人犯罪的，应当按照他在共同犯罪中所起的作用处罚。教唆不满十八周岁的人犯罪的，应当从重处罚。如果被教唆的人没有犯被教唆的罪，对于教唆犯，可以从轻或者减轻处罚。
