释义	法律分析: 夫妻婚姻期间的债务属于共同债务，但一方能证明属于另一方的个人债务除外。夫妻一方瞒着另一方把债款用于赌博、吸毒、婚外情等个人挥霍的，应属个人债务;虽有隐瞒，但债款用于共同生活的，应为共同债务。法律依据: 《最高人民法院关于适用婚姻家庭编的解释(一)》第三十四条夫妻一方与第三人串通，虚构债务，第三人主张该债务为夫妻共同债务的，人民法院不予支持。夫妻一方在从事赌博、吸毒等违法犯罪活动中所负债务，第三人主张该债务为夫妻共同债务的，人民法院不予支持。
