释义	我国刑法有期徒刑一般最长不超过十五年，数罪并罚最长不超过二十五年。有期徒刑的期限，一般为六个月以上十五年以下。数罪并罚时，有期徒刑可以超过十五年，数罪的总和刑期不超过三十五年的，实际判处的有期徒刑最高不能超过二十年。如果总和刑期在三十五年以上的，最高不能超过二十五年。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四十五条有期徒刑的期限，除本法第五十条、第六十九条规定外，为六个月以上十五年以下。
