释义	法律分析：生态林可以办砍伐证，但是必须要满足相关条件。对于那些死木、风倒木或者病虫害木等需要被砍伐的树木，就可以办理砍伐证。也就是说砍伐生态林的要求是比较高的，必须在确定要求之后再提出砍伐申请。否则即使提出申请也有可能会被驳回。法律依据：《第三中华人民共和国森林法》十二条国家实行天然林全面保护制度，严格限制天然林采伐，加强天然林管护能力建设，保护和修复天然林资源，逐步提高天然林生态功能。具体办法由国务院规定。
