1、撤销权因除斥期间经过而消灭。2、当事人知道撤销事由后，明确表示放弃撤销权。3、当事人知道撤销事由后，以自己的行为放弃撤销权。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百五十六条 撤销权人行使合同撤销权后，被撤销的合同自始没有法律约束力，处于无效状态。需要注意的是，合同被撤销后并不是不产生任何法律后果。
