释义	概念不同。无效合同是违背了社会公共利益或者是国家利益，或是与法律行政法规相互冲突而无效的合同。合同无效，则是指缺少合同有效的必要条件，开始是合同效力待定，被当事人拒绝追认，或是起诉到法院被法院判决或是由仲裁委员会裁定无效。相关法律规定《民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：（一）行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；（二）意思表示真实；（三）不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
