释义	法律分析：无民事行为能力，是指公民不能独立进行民事活动，只能由其法定代理人代理进行民事活动。未满8 周岁的未成年人和不能辨认自己行为的成年人为无民事行为能力人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百二十八条法律对未成年人、老年人、残疾人、妇女、消费者等的民事权利保护有特别规定的，依照其规定。第一百二十九条民事权利可以依据民事法律行为、事实行为、法律规定的事件或者法律规定的其他方式取得。第一百四十四条无民事行为能力人实施的民事法律行为无效。
