释义	重婚罪，是指有配偶又与他人结婚或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的行为。所谓有配偶，是指男人有妻、女人有夫，而且这种夫妻关系未经法律程序解除尚在存续的，即为有配偶的人如果夫妻关系已经解除，或者因配偶一方死亡夫妻关系自然消失，即不再是有配偶的人。所谓又与他人结婚，包括骗取合法手续登记结婚的和虽未经婚姻登记手续但以夫妻关系共同生活的事实婚姻。所谓明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，是指本人虽无配偶，但明知对方有配偶，而故意与之结婚的(包括登记结婚或者事实婚)。此种行为是有意破坏他人婚姻的行为。
