释义	律师解答：可以拒绝上班。工伤医疗期是法律赋予你休息的时间，期满伤情尚未痊愈的，可以申请延长医疗期。直到伤愈为止。在此期间，如果单位要求上班，可以拒绝，单位不得解除合同，也不能降低工资水平。【法律依据】：《工伤保险条例》第十七条职工发生事故伤害,所在单位应当自事故伤害发生之日或者被诊断、鉴定为职业病之日起30日内，向统筹地区社会保险行政部门提出工伤认定申请。
