什么情况会进看守所 -法律知识

法律分析：
看守所在需要羁押依法被逮捕、刑事拘留的人犯的时候才会收押。对被判处有期徒刑的罪犯，在被交付执行刑罚前，剩余刑期在三个月以下的，由看守所代为执行。被判处有期徒刑一年以下，或者余刑在一年以下，不便送往劳动改造场所执行的罪犯，也可以由看守所监管。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国看守所条例实施办法》 第四条 看守所必须按照《条例》第九条规定的法律文书和证明文书收押人犯。对再审案件的在押被告人可凭人民法院《决定再审裁定书》（副本）或人民检察院的抗诉书及人民法院的押票收押。
