释义	合同未写签署日期的，合同一般是枝早自签订之日起生效的，如果生效日期不明确的，双方可以协商确定。当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自双方当事人签槐肆字或者盖章时合同成立。依法成立的合同，自成立时生效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百八十三条承诺生效时合同成立，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。第四百八十四条猛明雀以通知方式作出的承诺，生效的时间适用本法第一百三十七条的规定。承诺不需要通知的，根据交易习惯或者要约的要求作出承诺的行为时生效。
