释义	法律分析：是否判决准予离婚，依据是夫妻感情是否破裂。庭审时间，规定是如采取简易程序，是3个月以内审结。采取普通审理程序，是6个月以内审结。离婚被告不到庭时，法院可以缺席判。但是法院缺席判决离婚的条件是：1.法院已经依法送达了传票传唤被告到庭。2.被告无正当理由不到庭或者未经法庭许可中途退庭。正当理由，包括身体发生疾病不能前往法庭等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十四条被告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以缺席判决。
